Job Description Are you ready to launch your architecture career and contribute to projects that positively impact communities? AECOM is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Architectural Designer to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging design professional who is passionate about architecture, eager to learn, and excited to collaborate with experienced architects and multidisciplinary teams.

As an Entry-Level Designer, you will support a variety of project types through all phases of design and documentation, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing your technical and design skills. Working alongside industry-leading professionals, you will contribute to design development, prepare project deliverables, assist with technical documentation, and help bring innovative architectural solutions to life.

About the Ohio Buildings + Places Team Our Ohio practice - anchored by large studios in Columbus and Cleveland - is one of the most established and highest-performing B+P practices in  AECOM ’ s West Region. Our Ohio-led client base is global and includes Public Non-Federal, Cultural + Civic, Higher Education, Science & Technology, and Transit, plus a full suite of Federal clients (ANG, NASA, DHS, GSA, NPS, VA, USACE, USAF, USSF).

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments Provide design and documentation support on projects of various sizes, type and complexity Produce rapid visualization of design concepts and assist with building presentations to clients Developing iterative solutions for a variety of design working under supervision by senior design staff Adapts and modifies design features and operational methods to meet a variety of situations Coordinates design activities with other engineering disciplines Participate in design through all phases, from concept to construction administration.
