We believe that incorporating financially material sustainability criteria, when relevant to our clients, can create value and drive positive change.  Job Description We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Wealth Marketing Manager to establish and lead our proposition in Germany, with the opportunity to support future growth across Continental Europe.

This is a newly created role offering the chance to shape how L&G brings its ETF capabilities to digitally engaged investors. You will work closely with our German Distribution team and colleagues across product marketing, brand, content, digital, events and communications to turn investment propositions into clear, engaging customer experiences. It is a role for someone who enjoys setting direction but is equally comfortable getting involved in delivery.

You will combine your understanding of Germany’s Digital Wealth market with customer insight, creative thinking and performance data to build campaigns and partnerships that produce meaningful commercial results. What you’ll be doing: Developing and delivering our Digital Wealth marketing strategy for Germany Partnering with Distribution colleagues to align marketing activity with commercial priorities Building relationships with online brokers, neo-brokers, robo-advisers and digital wealth partners Creating and localising campaigns, content and educational materials for German investors Coordinating activity across product marketing, brand, content, digital, PR and events Using customer, campaign and competitor insight to optimise marketing investment Measuring performance against clear KPIs and communicating results to stakeholders Ensuring marketing activity meets regulatory, governance and data-protection requirements Who we’re looking for: Strong experience in Digital Wealth, investment-platform or D2C financial-services marketing A detailed understanding of ETFs and the German retail investment landscape Experience developing and delivering customer-led digital marketing campaigns Evidence of building productive commercial or platform partnerships Strong stakeholder-management skills within a complex or matrix organisation An understanding of the regulations governing D2C financial marketing Excellent German and English communication skills A collaborative, commercially minded approach and willingness to combine strategy with delivery Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
