Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and event operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, representing brands, and contributing to a positive customer experience while working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Welcome attendees and create a friendly, professional experience.
Present and explain products and services clearly. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event area. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
Support customer engagement and sales opportunities. Assist team members with event activities and daily priorities. Help ensure successful and professional event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
