  Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Functional ERP Engineer to support our Finance & Accounting team. This role operates at the critical intersection of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and agentic AI. You will lead the intelligent automation of financial workflows, architect AI-assisted analytics layers, and embed large language model capabilities directly into finance operations—driving significant impact across close cycles, audit readiness, and strategic reporting.

Job Summary: As a Functional ERP Engineer, you will leverage advanced analytics, automation, and agentic AI to support the various functions within the Finance & Accounting department. You will design and optimize processes to streamline reporting for Oracle Cloud modules—including GL, AP, AR, and FA—and ensure data accuracy across all financial systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver actionable insights through tools like SQL, Oracle Cloud, and AI frameworks to drive strategic financial decisions.

Your role will include architecting AI-powered solutions to accelerate the financial close, enhance reporting accuracy, and maintain developed processes. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Engineering Architect, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, FAH and procurement) to support enterprise-scale finance and accounting operations.Architect, configure, and optimize Oracle FCCS(Financial Consolidation and Close) within EPM cloud.

Lead end-to-end enhancement cycles including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and hypercare support. Design and manage Oracle OTBI, FRS, and Smart View reporting frameworks; build curated datasets and semantic layers to support self-service finance analytics. Develop and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)/Boomi and REST/SOAP-based integrations between Oracle Financials and adjacent systems (e.g., ADP, Concur, Treasury, Procurement platforms).

Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to streamline the monthly close, accelerate audit cycles, and eliminate manual touchpoints through automation. Ensure data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and audit-readiness across all financial data flows. AI & Intelligent Automation Design and deploy AI-powered solutions — including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and LLM-assisted workflows — embedded directly into Oracle Finance processes.

Build and productionize Agentic AI for use cases such as invoice creation, variance forecasting, duplicate detection, and audit risk scoring. Integrate generative AI capabilities (e.g., LLM-based document extraction, natural language query layers) to augment finance team productivity and reduce manual analysis burden. Develop AI-assisted reconciliation and journal entry validation pipelines, reducing error rates and accelerating the financial close cycle.
