If so, then the Houseperson/Runner position at Westgate Resorts is the perfect job for you! The Houseperson/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
In this exciting role, you will: Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner Stock linen closets and other storage areas Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
