  The role  As a Junior Product Developer for Sleep & Bath textile products you will join a tight team of Product Developers, Designers and Planners that is led by a Product Manager. As a Junior Product Developer you will actively support your Product Developer with daily tasks and to organize and execute the component- and product development process in an efficient way, in close collaboration with our production teams around the world.

You will also be main responsible to secure new colors for our basic range in collaboration with Assortment Designer  and Product Manager: keep track of timeline, manage all labdip and sample development and update artworks.  With a clear and efficient component and product development you contribute to meaningful growth and profitability in the department.     Qualifications:  To succeed in this position we believe that you love to work as part of the team to develop the best product and best assortment for the customer.

Finally, you have a big passion for interior and are constantly up to date with the latest trends and what happens in the global community.     Degree within textiles, product development, buying, retail business or similar  Preferably, work experience from developing commercial and profitable textile product and components, preferably woven.  Experience from homeware products is considered as a plus   Knowledge and experience in PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator  Creative, curious and have a big interest for interior  Independent and a solution-oriented problem solver   Strong administrative, organizing and prioritizing skills  Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, short and long term goals  A true team player and great communicator  Result oriented and strong business growth mindset   Strong salesmanship and commercial thinking   About the recruitment process:  This is a full-time temporary position of 11 months, placed in Stockholm.  Do you find this position interesting and suitable for you?
