The pharmacist will be responsible for the provision of progressive and comprehensive pharmaceutical services to the clinic patients. Occasional coverage of outpatient and refill shifts on the weekend may also be required based on operational needs. Qualifications What is required... Previous work experience in a clinical setting Cencora, Cerner, Pyxis experience CPOE, Emar, Rx Informatics experience Bar Code at the Bedside experience Prior experience with Hospice protocols and guidelines Additional Information Wage:   Wage range currently starts at $61.21/hour and goes up to $92.78/hour.  Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.

   FTE:   1.0 = 40 hours/week Schedule:   Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p Benefits:   This position is benefits eligible Union Status :  This is a non-union position
