This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Success team and play a central role in supporting practitioners throughout their journey with Insights, from their first accreditation experience through to their ongoing engagement with our global community. Job Description What you'll be doing As the regional expert for practitioner accreditations and retention in Denmark, you'll help create exceptional experiences that enable practitioners to thrive. Supporting Practitioner Accreditation You'll coordinate and deliver a seamless accreditation experience by: Managing the administration and logistics of Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) programmes Communicating confidently with learners before, during, and after accreditation Supporting both public and private accreditation programmes Maintaining systems and platforms including D365, Zoom, and operational tracking tools Welcoming newly accredited practitioners and helping them engage quickly with the wider Insights community Driving Practitioner Retention You'll play an important role in maintaining strong practitioner relationships by: Managing Annual Licence Fee (ALF) renewals across the region Working closely with Sales Account Managers and Customer Success colleagues to maximise renewal success Proactively engaging practitioners who may be at risk of leaving the community Demonstrating the value and benefits of ongoing accreditation and licensing Supporting practitioners through organisational or career transitions to help them remain connected to Insights Contributing to Commercial Success You'll help strengthen regional performance by: Monitoring accreditation participation and renewal trends Identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Sharing regional insights with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Community Activation teams Supporting initiatives that improve practitioner engagement and long-term retention Contributing to a collaborative global Customer Success function Delivering Operational Excellence You'll also: Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting Support finance administration activities including purchase orders and invoicing Ensure data accuracy across all practitioner records Identify and implement process improvements that enhance both efficiency and customer experience Qualifications What we're looking for We're interested in people who are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll bring: Fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken Strong organisational and coordination abilities Experience in administration, customer success, event delivery, learning and development, or a related field Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across a variety of audiences Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual delivery platforms A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work An interest in using data and insights to improve customer outcomes How you'll show up At Insights, we're guided by our values and are looking for someone who: Puts customers and practitioners first
