To be successful, you need to leverage your strategic and commercial thinking and apply your problem-solving skills. You will report to the Head of Strategic Projects, a strategically oriented function in the Business Unit Offshore.  We work in an international setting and with direct exposure to senior management. For your work, you will be supported by a diverse group of peers, who have a background from management consulting companies or have previously worked in strategy functions.

  Responsibilities and qualifications  Your tasks and responsibilities  Learn about the challenges our business is facing and work closely with your colleagues in Strategic Projects and beyond to identify improvement opportunities for our Business Unit.  Contribute to setting the overall strategic direction of BU Offshore.  Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects in line with our strategy and operating model.

Ensure success through convincing storytelling, innovative concepts, effective presentations and analysis reports for our project sponsors & management team.  Actively collaborate with project sponsors, the BU Offshore line organisation and other stakeholders, building your reputation as a trusted advisor.  Qualifications Who are you?   Your background  An advanced university degree, or equivalent qualification, in business, economics, engineering or a related field, together with at least four years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation.  Relevant experience in the energy or utility sector, with a good understanding of how complex organisations make decisions and collaborate across functions.
