Job Description Minimum of 18 months of demonstrated effectiveness working in project management, development, and implementation. Able to effectively use project management methodology, tools and techniques, and adapt project trackers for small and large-scale programs. Prior experience and demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders including school staff, third party vendors, subject matter experts(SMEs), project team members, and senior leadership in New York City schools, youth employment and development organizations, city agencies, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

Effective written and verbal communication skills. High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products. High levels of proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and/or Google Meet. Able to quickly learn and troubleshoot technical issues as host on online meeting platforms. Willingness to learn DOE-specific data systems and take initiative to navigate and become familiar with platforms to update as well as pull relevant data.

Ability to set priorities, manage time and meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
