Responsibilities Plan and execute UAT and manual testing for enhancements, releases, and business workflows, covering positive, negative, boundary, and end-to-end scenarios. Coordinate regression and release testing, assess change impacts, validate acceptance criteria, and support production readiness, deployment validation, and post-release testing. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Technology, Development, Operations, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, communicate testing status, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, UAT, Manual Testing, Business Analysis, or a related role. Hands-on experience creating and executing manual test plans, test cases, test scripts, and UAT scenarios. Strong experience with dialer/outbound contact center testing, including campaigns, routing, dialing strategies, agent workflows, call dispositions, retry logic, and call outcomes.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, regression testing, release testing, and production validation. Experience with API testing, integrations, end-to-end workflows, data validation, and SQL or reporting tools. Knowledge of MFA, SSO, identity verification, authentication, and access management.
Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple testing activities, dependencies, and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Ni
