Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE As a Fund Accounting professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of financial statements, Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, and client deliverables. You leverage strong technical accounting expertise and in-depth knowledge of client requirements to support asset managers, drive operational excellence, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous process improvement, you contribute to enhancing efficiency, mitigating risk, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO You’ll review and validate financial statements, NAV calculations, and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy while maintaining a strong understanding of client-specific requirements and expectations.

You’ll apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with established procedures, internal controls, and industry best practices. You’ll collaborate with Asset Managers and cluster partners to support seamless service delivery, resolve issues, and facilitate cross-functional coordination. You’ll provide technical guidance and mentorship to preparers and team members, promoting fund accounting best practices and supporting professional development.

You’ll identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, accuracy, and client service outcomes. You have strong expertise in fund accounting principles, financial reporting, and NAV calculations, with the ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver high-quality outputs.
