Job Description We are growing our Change Adoption and Learning team and looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.  This role will report to our Head of Change and Learning and will be responsible for translating learning and adoption strategies into practical, high-quality learning solutions for clients.
The role combines hands-on learning design and delivery with consulting judgement, stakeholder influence, quality assurance, and the ability to adapt approaches to suit different client environments, project constraints and organisational cultures. As an experienced Senior Learning Consultant, you’ll… Provide specialist learning and adoption expertise across client projects, from Training Needs Analysis and curriculum design through to delivery, evaluation and impact assessment.
Translate learning and adoption strategies into practical delivery plans that support business readiness, user adoption and client outcomes. Advise clients and project teams on learning approaches, delivery methods, learner engagement, adoption risks and governance requirements. Design and develop accessible, user-centred blended learning solutions using appropriate tools, technologies and instructional design principles.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, influence decisions and ensure solutions meet business needs.
