Job Description This role will act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering and Platform leadership teams, while also supporting team-level improvement conversations where the insights are most useful.
The role helps teams improve execution health, delivery effectiveness, product quality, and organizational performance through data-driven insights, AI-enabled analysis, and evidence-based decision making. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, engineering knowledge, analytical capability, and executive influence. They will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, diagnose systemic challenges, and drive measurable improvements across product organizations.
This is not a reporting-only or dashboard-building role. This is a business partnering role where data serves as the starting point for strategic conversations and operational improvement. You can be located in any of these countries; UK, Sweden or Sri Lanka Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnering Act as trusted partner to Product Group leadership teams. Participate in leadership team meetings and operational reviews.
Develop deep understanding of business objectives, challenges and priorities. Provide independent, evidence-based perspectives to leadership teams. Partner with Community of Practice leaders to provide insights into organization-wide trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention. Help Communities of Practice identify emerging themes and prioritize improvement initiatives using objective data and evidence.
Intelligence & Insights Develop and maintain a data-driven framework for measuring and understanding software engineering execution health, delivery performance, quality, and organizational effectiveness. Identify emerging risks, trends and opportunities. Produce actionable insights rather than reports. Use AI-enabled analysis to accelerate pattern detection, summarization, anomaly identification, and insight generation while ensuring outputs are explainable, validated, and grounded in trusted data.
