As a Senior Protective Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to proactively identify and mitigate security threats through comprehensive analysis and strategic insights.  Senior Protective Intelligence Analyst: £40-45K per annum, dependent upon skills and experience Shifts operate on 4 on, 4 off (0700-1900) Based in Milton Keynes (in office) Essential Requirements: You must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis, without the need for sponsorship  Live within a 45-minute (door-to-door) commute of the office in Milton Keynes Ideally, have 3-5 years' experience working in an intelligence or intelligence-related analytical role Strong knowledge of, and genuine interest in, current affairs and the global security threat landscape Well‑developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally as part of a team To progress through the recruitment process, candidates must successfully complete each stage, including a written assessment and an in-person interview.
The RIC is currently based at Unity Place in Central Milton Keynes; however, we are due to relocate back to The Park MK in Wavendon, Milton Keynes, during the first half of 2027. Job Description The Senior Protective Intelligence Analyst is a role within the Risk Intelligence Center (RIC). The role is responsible for operating and supporting the delivery of intelligence products and services to Securitas and Securitas’ customers.
The role is suited to someone with 3-5 years’ experience in intelligence and / or investigations. Direct experience in an operational role is essential.  The ideal candidate would have previous experience in private sector intelligence, however this is not essential for a candidate that can evidence robust understanding of customer requirements. The primary focus of the Senior Protective Intelligence Analyst is to lead the collection, processing and analysis of data and information to inform the production of intelligence products and services, and disseminate these to customers internally and commercially.
 The role will take the lead on complex and challenging customer Requests For Intelligence (RFIs). The role reports directly into the Protective Intelligence Manager, and requires strong intelligence acumen, understanding of customer requirements, relationship building and networking skills, strong research, analytical and report writing skills, in addition to proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office and specific intelligence tools.
Working within a dynamic and demanding environment, the role requires flexibility and agility, including mobilising on short notice to meet operational requirements, and some evening and weekend work. The Senior Protective Intelligence Analyst will have an in-depth knowledge of the Protective and Global intelligence functions, providing support and guidance to both services and products. The role is Monday – Friday with a weekend rota.
