Job Description Primary Function of Position:  As a Training Specialist, you will support the Employees in all matters relating to skills development and draw up personnel development concepts.

In doing so, you will ensure that our training compliance is adhered to, take over or control the necessary documentation and administration.  As a contact person at the site, you contribute to the development of workshop, continuing Education and training formats, find didactic solutions for training needs and operate our LMS.   You further support the development of our existing processes and training systems with your expertise, creative ideas and commitment.   Together, the team develops cross-site learning solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:  Liaise with site teams (production, engineering, logistics, etc.) to gain a full understanding of local training needs and prioritization  Collaborate with various steak stakeholders, e.g., site management and international training teams  Administrative tasks relate to reports; training records; training assignments for all employees  Supporting the conception and implementation of personnel development programs   The conception implementation of workshops and seminars is part of your tasks  Supervising the administration of the Learning Management System for the site  Ticketing system administration  Administration and coordination of the translation documents and training materials between the requestor and external translation company    Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:  Successfully completed university studies or an equivalent professional qualification  Confident use of MS Office applications  Minimum of three years relevant working experience  Attention to detail and observation skills  Ability to work in a team, high reliability, Independence, and Initiative  Independent working style and high ability to work under pressure  Strong communication skills and a confident and professional appearance  Excellent organizational talent, Creativity, and conceptual skills  Excellent communication and documentation skills in English    Additional Information Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
