What you'll be doing: Managing day-to-day administration across the company car and van around the UK Maintaining compliance records, including driver licence checks, MOTs, servicing schedules, and vehicle documentation Processing penalties, recharge notices, insurance claims, and negligent damage cases Keeping Licence & Fuel card databases, systems, and vehicle records accurate and up to date Producing regular reports, management information, and performance data Administering supplier records, monitoring service delivery, and supporting cost control activities Providing first-line support and guidance on Vehicle related queries from employees and managers Maintaining vehicle allocation records and supporting the administration of vehicle movements Processing vehicle related invoices, purchase orders, and associated documentation Supporting audits, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the fleet function Qualifications At Rexel, we prioritise hiring individuals based on behaviours and potential, rather than requiring specific formal qualifications for roles, the behaviours that will set you up for success within an Vehicle Support role include: COLLABORATION:  Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives  TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY:  Taking action, overcoming obstacles, and meeting commitments  CUSTOMER FOCUS:  building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions  What we’re looking for: Experience in vehicle administration Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Good understanding of compliance and legal requirements within a fleet environment Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Good numeracy and literacy skills Additional Information At Rexel UK, we’re all about welcoming people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives because we know that diversity drives fresh ideas and great results.
