Bookkeeper - Part-Time

BUTTING Canada supplies our North American customers with welded pipes, machined and fabricated components, pressure vessels and storage tanks manufactured in our plants in Germany, USA and China. Responsibilities Invoice entry and processing (Accounts Payable) Uploading credit card receipts, reviewing statements for completeness, and preparing reconciliations Monitoring and processing the Finance inbox Preparing Accounts Receivable statements Performing inventory checks in the ERP system Performing various administrative and accounting tasks as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, is considered an asset Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy Discretion when handling financial information and ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is considered an asset Fluent in English; German is considered an asset Benefits Extended medical, dental and vision coverage AD&D, life and travel insurance Paid sick days Additional paid vacation days Flexible schedule Opportunities for professional growth and career development On-Site parking Performance bonus based on Management's discretion Contact Please apply today!  Submit your resume and a brief note outlining your interest in the role Questions?
