This position involves organizing and scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for providing support to management and staff, including coordinating meetings, managing databases, and assisting with project work as needed. Key skills for this role include strong organizational abilities, effective communication, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management. RESPONSIBILITIES Administering all testing for local applicants and coordinating badging and vetting Assist with Recruiting, Hiring and training of local employees Maintain employee schedules Daily Management of timekeeping entries, payroll and assisting with issues Handling HR related issues, communication with corporate and file management Handle any reports or information requested by Station Management Can work on client specific supply orders, reporting and compliance Maintains a strong working relationship with airline partners Can demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location Utilizing excellent communication skills for client interaction Employing problem solving abilities for issue resolution Perform any additional duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS 18 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking) Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus 2 Years experience as an Admin or Administrative Assistant Experience in customer service required Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means Pass a background check and drug screen Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S.
Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable). Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
