Aeration + Seeding Technician

Tasks Safely operates both ride-on and push behind aerators. Applies products and materials with accuracy and efficiency using push spreaders. Assist crew leaders and team in providing quality aeration and seed services. Keeps accurate treatment records. Helps customers understand services provided. Responds promptly to requests from office. Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.

Wage Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.    Must Haves:  Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving   At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)  Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires  Friendly and dedicated to great customer service  Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew   Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others
