What You'll Do Duties and responsibilities Design & Documentation Review Supports the Program Manager in ensuring the owner’s interests are carried out in a timely manner and according to budget.

Assists in assembling and reviewing proposals, drawings, and specifications from consultants and sub-consultants (Landscape Architect, Interior Designer, Signage Design and Installation, ADA/FHA Consultant, FF&E Procurement and Installation, IT/Low Voltage, and Fitness Equipment) for completeness, consistency, and alignment; and flags errors, gaps, and conflicts before they move downstream.

Monitors RFIs and Submittals through Procore daily and flags design-related items for the Program Manager’s review. Reviews drawings for compliance with the Morgan Design Standards and flags gaps for the Program Manager’s final review. Budget & Financial Tracking Supports the Program Manager in monitoring budget-to-actual variances and preparing summaries for review. Assists with vendor and contractor proposal comparisons, checking figures and scope for accuracy.

Helps maintain accurate records of the active VE list and Wish List of project upgrades shared between Development and Construction. Coordination & Communication Serves as a day-to-day point of contact between the design team and the development team on assigned tasks, under the Program Manager’s direction. Coordinates with Design Managers on construction drawing status from site plan approval through Certificate of Occupancy.

Supports Marketing and Property Management in assembling Sales Collateral materials (unit plans, rendered site
