Client Relations Representative

This integral position in the firm is responsible for: Serving as a liaison between our staff and our clients.

Handling file-level communications with our consumer/commercial clients. Preparing and submitting documents and reports to our clients. Qualified candidates:   Solid written and verbal communication skills  Detail-oriented and organized  Ability to handle high work volume efficiently Ability to multi-task upon request  Ability to handle highly confidential matters and documents with discretion Ability to type 40 WPM Education/Training/Experience:   High school diploma required, college degree preferred Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word) Prior related experience is helpful by not required Javitch Block offers a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, paid vacation/personal time, 401(k) profit sharing, life insurance, and short and long-term disability.
