Clinical Office Assistant

Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the CSOA is responsible in assisting with various duties needed to effectively carry out the daily functions of a clinical office. The CSOA will perform these duties while maintaining compliance within their scope of practice as certified nursing assistants. Provides support to the Clinical Services department as a whole, including the DOCS, ADOCS, CCM, CCMA and field staff, through various tasks.

The CSOA is responsible for maintaining his/her own clinical and mandatory education requirements and for meeting the established standard of their profession as well as those accountable for his/her practice, assigned duties/indirect patient care, and is an advocate for patients/families and their profession.
