What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes and techniques Work across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Live the   GILA WAY : Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate our guests Support kitchen operations including prep, stocking, and cleanliness What We're Looking For Restaurant, catering, or culinary experience preferred (all levels encouraged to apply) Knowledge of basic to advanced cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
