Scheels Company Goals: We strive to be the best retailer in the USA in the eyes and minds of our customers, associates, and business partners.   Overview: The Firearms Sales Associate is responsible for actively seeking out customers in our store, greeting them in an upbeat and professional manner while providing world class customer service and assisting with firearms questions and purchases.   This role requires all associates to be at least 21 years of age due to compliance requirements for processing firearms.
