Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.  • Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.    • Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.    • Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.

  • Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.    • Communicates, cooperates, and interacts effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, third-party vendors and business partners.    • Collaborates in the resolution of any issues that arise within the store to minimize potential liability for the division and the company.
