Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community Completing minor repairs and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned Monitoring housekeeping and laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment Reporting supply needs and ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed Providing laundry services as needed Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members   What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making a difference.

The ideal candidate: Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment Is reliable and able to work independently Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable interacting with older adults and their families Provides friendly and professional customer service Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and contribute wherever needed   More Than a Job At Brookview Meadows, housekeeping is about more than cleaning.
