Janitor - 111 Jones

We have an immediate need for an organized, dependable Janitor/Custodian to join our maintenance staff. The successful Janitor will provide clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.  We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply.

This is an on-site position. Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis. Vacuums hallways on a daily basis. Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis (more if necessary) to maintain in a sanitary environment. Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years experience. This is a brief job description.
