Eichleay is seeking a  Project Engineer - Industrial Capital Projects  to support the delivery of industrial capital projects valued up to $20 million total installed cost (TIC). In this role, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, engineering leaders, clients, contractors, and project teams to help deliver impactful projects across a variety of sectors which may include energy, chemicals, food & beverage, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Core Responsibilities Promote and comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements; actively support a zero-incident culture.

Apply Eichleay project delivery processes, procedures, and quality standards across all phases of work. Coordinate and integrate activities across engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction to ensure alignment with project requirements. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, internal teams, and overseas engineering partner to support clear communication and timely decision-making.

Lead and support internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of meeting minutes, and tracking of action items and decisions. Support development of project deliverables, including scopes of work, decision support packages, cost estimates, schedules, and work orders. Monitor project performance by supporting cost, schedule, forecasting, and change management activities.

Identify emerging technical or execution issues and coordinate with project teams to implement corrective actions. Coordinate engineering deliverables, vendor documentation, procurement packages, and construction work packages; track progress by project phase. Support permitting activities, including preparation and submission of regulatory packages. Prepare and distribute routine project reports, presentations, and client communications.

Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely resolution. Support field and construction activities, including site visits and coordination with field teams as required. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improveme
