QA Inspector

Duties and Responsibilities:   Responsible for all quality inspection and checks including but not limited to 3-Tier Dimensional, Length, Surface, Go Gauge Fit, Color, Bow, and Impact Te   Responsible for guiding accept and reject decisions.   Notifies extrusion teams of substandard production results and works with cross-functional teams to improve the production process.

  Responsible for collecting data and monitoring samples according to VEKA Standards.    Evaluates extruded products to assist in developing Tooling Maintenance Requests (TMR).    Performs all AAMA 3O3 testing and document testing results.   All other duties as assigned   Skills:   Good written and oral communication skills   Knowledge of using measuring devices such as Datacolor, Ascona/Promex Profile Measurement, Comparator, Calipers, Loupe Magnifiers etc.
