Recertification Manager-property

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.  We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live. Currently, we are searching for a full-time Recertification Manager to work at one of our apartment communities in Richmond, VA.

Duties: Timely process annual recertifications Work with the Envolve compliance team to ensure all HUD/LIHTC rules are followed Process interim certifications Send recertification notices on time to tenants File completed recertifications and interims in tenant files Provide any required reporting Other tasks as may be assigned Qualifications: Tax Credit and HUD/Section 8 knowledge Leasing/Compliance experience Apartment management experience preferred Knowledge of affordable housing compliance paperwork Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability Plans • Company Paid Life Insurance • Apartment Discounts • 401k Plan • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off EEO:  M/F/D/V
