Rehab Tech III | Home & Community - Grand Rapids | Full time 1st shift (40 hours ) Make a real impact—help someone build independence while building a career, you’re proud of. As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI by providing hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, community activities, and therapeutic goals.

You'll help clients build independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.   What You'll Do Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications Support community outings, transportation, and activities Build positive relationships and encourage independence Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and ability to build trust Adaptable, patient, and resilient Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences What You Bring Required: High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience CNA certification or associate degree preferred   Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs.
