Shoals Area - Property Maintenance Tech - Full-Time

Description The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of various buildings and properties throughout the Shoals area. This position performs a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks to help ensure facilities and grounds remain clean, safe, functional, and well maintained. Duties include, but are not limited to: Painting and general property repairs Minor plumbing and general electrical work HVAC filter replacement and basic HVAC maintenance Groundskeeping and landscaping Janitorial and facility upkeep Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment as needed General building and property maintenance Compensation: Up to $18/hour, based on experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related hands-on field . Candidates must have an unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record and be comfortable operating various types of vehicles and equipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team.

Candidates must also be comfortable performing physically demanding work and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
