The Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead business analysis and project management activities across the a technology portfolio, with near-term accountability for managing the IT workstream of Culligan’s global HRIS program. The role will coordinate requirements, integrations, data dependencies, testing, risks, decisions, vendors, and stakeholder communications across HR, IT, Finance, Security, Privacy, regional teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities Business Relationship Management Serve as the primary day-to-day technology partner for Corporate functions, including Human Resources, building trusted relationships with global and regional leaders, process owners, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and other stakeholders. Maintain visibility into functional strategy, technology priorities, process pain points, risks, regulatory needs, and planned initiatives; translate those needs into an aligned technology roadmap and delivery backlog.

Lead intake, discovery, prioritization, and solution-shaping discussions, ensuring requests have clear business outcomes, scope, value, ownership, data needs, dependencies, and decision rights. Coordinate the appropriate IT, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Privacy, Data, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendor stakeholders to advance technology initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor on IT solutions, capabilities, process standardization, data governance, integration patterns, reporting, controls, and change impacts.

Business Analytics Gather, validate, and document business, functional, technical, data, reporting, security, integration, and workflow requirements using workshops, interviews, process maps, use cases, user stories, and decision logs. Analyze data to identify trends, data-quality issues, process gaps, exceptions, adoption barriers, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improved efficiency and employee experience.

Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and executive-ready summaries covering project health, milestones, risks, issues, readiness, adoption, data quality, service performance, and business outcomes. Document current-state and future-state business processes, system interactions, roles, approvals, controls, data flows, interfaces, and handoffs; recommend global standards and practical local variations.

Own or coordinate data definitions, source-to-target mapping, validation, reconciliation, reporting requirements, retention considerations, and data governance decisions with stakeholders. Project Management Lead or support cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and transition to support. Develop and maintain charters, integrated workplans, milestones, resource needs, dependencies, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, test plans, cutover checklists, and post-go-live action plans.

Facilitate project meetings and workshops, document decisions and actions, assign owners, monitor commitments, and escalate risks or blockers requiring leadership intervention. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to align scope, deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, quality expectations, contracts, and support responsibilities. Support change readiness, stakeholder communications, training coordination, user acceptance testing, go-live planning, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and operating-model handoff.

Manage the integrated IT workstream for global implementations, coordinating IT scope, resources, requirements, integrations, architecture, dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, testing, cutover, and transition to support. Lead documentation of source and target systems, data ownership, field mappings, event triggers, frequency, security, authentication, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, support, and approved country-specific variations.
