Organize, communicate, and coordinate scheduling effectively with all levels within the organization before transporting freight/fixtures to the various departments/off-site warehouse Coordinate with the receiving team to maintain a high level of organization in the freight room and drop zone Plan for a large seasonal shipment in addition to maintaining the flow of freight all year Assist customers and salespeople with retrieving and loading purchased products Maintain orderly appearance of personal workspace and surrounding areas, including off-site warehouses Be knowledgeable of all equipment and tools, and how to use them properly Assist in the removal of snow and debris from walkways, rooftops, and landscaping around the building Update warehouse inventory  Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively and promptly Ability to work with a team. Able to fill in or help out to cover absences in the area (including but not limited to: going on deliveries, helping with product builds / set-ups, filling in for Merchandisers as needed, etc.) Other duties as assigned by the leadership team   Education & Experience: An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements: *Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.  Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
