Key Responsibilities Stainless steel MIG/TIG Welding  Develop all necessary systems and processes to ensure that products are of the appropriate quality and within the established cost limits.   Monitor processes to resolve any problems and remove bottlenecks.   Maintain an awareness of new developments in technology and relevant production processes and evaluate and apply those that may be of benefit to the company.
