About the Position: Incumbent performs a wide variety of budget functions involving the analysis, justification, and execution of Agency and Command-wide budgets for Operating Agency 22 (OA-22), which is responsible for providing resource management support for over two hundred activities which perform a variety of readiness and operations support functions for Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA).
Major duties: Perform a wide variety of budget functions involving the analysis, justification, and execution of Agency and Command-wide budgets for Operating Agency 22 (OA-22).,Perform a variety of readiness and operations support functions for organization.,Develop budget/program processes, procedures and guidance for executing financial management plans and programs.,Provide financial advisory services for assigned segment of the agency budget.,Serve as expert planner, analyst, and advisor to agency management on program cost analysis, annual/multi-year and long-range fiscal/program planning, and/or commercial issues for key programs.
