Total annual salary will consist of a GP Base Pay rate combined with a non-locality 'Market Pay' supplement. Market pay is determined by an Activity Compensation Panel of peer physicians who will evaluate the selectee's clinical specialty, board certifications, regional market data, and depth of professional experience. Market Pay is then reviewed every 24 months to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with the local healthcare market.
This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Major duties: Performs the full range of professional dental services including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.,Modifies conventional treatment approaches for medically compromised patients and documents care in approved electronic systems,Serves as a clinical consultant to all staff members.,Coordinates multidisciplinary care with specialty providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.,Reviews workload, treatment outcomes, access-to-care metrics, and clinical quality indicators to identify trends and recommend operational improvements,Evaluates emerging dental technologies, restorative materials, digital workflows, and evidence-based treatment methodologies for implementation.
