Provide support for construction activities and is responsible for the professional integrity of projects and ensuring project design and installation meet established cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
Comprehensive, intensive, practical knowledge of electrical systems for data centers, office buildings, and skill in applying this knowledge to solve complex problems and issues involving interrelationships between facilities, information technology, security, and safety requirements while maintaining mission critical operations 24/7. Responsible for the application, design, construction, repair, and maintenance of the electrical distribution systems within the facility, including all emergency power systems and subsystems.
Oversee, direct, and administer the program, including, but not limited to strategic planning, budget, project development, design, construction, repair/rehab, and maintenance for the building and site; also, project development, design, implementation, evaluation, close-out duties. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Compressed/flexible schedule available at the manager's discretion.

Physical Requirements: Most work is sedentary. However, there is often a requirement for moderate physical exertion such as walking on uneven or rough surfaces, standing for long periods of time, bending, carrying light tools, climbing ladders, and similar activities related to full inspection of construction and maintenance activities.
