You will serve as a Lead Shipbuilding Specialist in the Waterfront Operations Department of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER. Major duties: You will lead a team including civilians, military and contractors.,You will manage repair efforts by providing technical oversight and coordination to administer repair.,You will track production workload to determine manpower requirements to accomplish tasks related to waterfront repair on various ships.,You will determine and maintain job orders to progress repair processes and preparation of progress reports for jobs.,You will analyze work schedules, assignment, production and method of operations for navy dive teams.,You will insure all diving operations are conducted in s safe, efficient and effective manner.
