About the Position: Performs the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties in a Medical Treatment Facility. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Major duties: Schedule appropriate patient appointments.,Enter, manipulate and retrieve information and data from automated medical systems and electronic health record system.,Receive patients and visitors in person, answer phones and respond to inquiries via other communication mediums such as email.,Assist patients with completion of medical forms/documentation based on established policies/guidelines.,Refer urgent messages and patient results for immediate action.,Maintain patient records/charts according to regulations, policies, or procedures.,Utilize office automation systems to complete administrative tasks.
Education: FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S.
