About the Position: Serves as the Plans Specialist for the 43D AG Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Monitors, directs, and controls administrative and support operations to ensure completion of the organizations mission. Major duties: Develop Emergency Operations Plans for the organization.,Review directives, regulations, and policies.,Conduct readiness, mobilization in-process and after-action reviews.,Maintain training program records to identify training requirements and training schedules.,Utilize computer programs to prepare complex documents containing tables or graphs.,Assist branch chiefs and companies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of mission operations and programs.
