About the Position: This position is located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Major duties: Provide practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions.,Perform tasks such as recording vital signs, ordering labs, tracking patient’s laboratory, radiology orders and referral results to completion.,Administer prescribed medications with increased independence, ensuring proper patient dosages, routes, and times are followed.,Educate patients and families about prescribed treatments, reinforcing adherence to the medical plan.,Document accurate administered medications and patient responses promptly in compliance with facility policies.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective management of patient medications.
Education: FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S.
