As a Program Manager GS-0340-15, you will be responsible for: Overseeing and directing program evaluation and quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies to ensure overall program effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervising directing, coordinating, and overseeing the programs, functions, and initiatives performed by a staff of subordinate supervisors or team leaders and the professional, administrative, technical, and support staff of the organization. Providing authoritative technical advice and guidance to senior management on the analysis of program effectiveness and efficiency, and associated policies and procedures. Overseeing the development and implementation of automated and integrated systems, policies, procedures, and projects in support of the effective and efficient planning and management of the assigned programs and functions.
