This position is located in the Medicine Service of the C. W. Young Medical Center at Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. Duties are carried out throughout the medical center including all clinical and other patient care areas involved with the service. The Bay Pines VA Medical Center is a general and medical surgical facility classified as a Level 1A Complexity. Major duties: Duties include but not limited too: Administration of medication the cardiopulmonary system Ventilator support, including maintenance and management of life support systems, and the patient/ventilator interface Patient/family education Blood gas analysis including electrolytes Electrocardiogram tracing Bronchoscopy Assistance Work Schedule:10:30pm-6:30am;rotating weekends; compress TOD available Telework: Not available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
