Major duties: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 505 Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Joint Planning/Effects Branch.
Duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 505 CTS Joint Planning and Effects Branch, ensuring that exercise design, planning, and execution complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets training audience needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 505 CTS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Supports the planning, direction, coordination, review, and evaluation of 20 or more annual service level and DoD/JCS level exercises and events supporting GCC and Air Component training.
