Climate & Sustainability Reporting Manager

Join us as a Climate & Sustainability Reporting Manager You’ll support the organisation in the delivery of end-to-end climate and sustainability reporting and control activities, including the preparation, review, and governance of sustainability disclosures, metrics, controls documentation, and supporting analysis We’ll look to you to review and challenge climate-related and broader sustainability reporting, liaising with stakeholders across the business to understand, interpret, and validate reported outcomes and performance We’re looking for someone to take on a new challenge, and put their analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to a rapidly evolving reporting landscape You'll attend the office in person a minimum of two days per week, with the rest of your time working from home What you'll do As a Climate & Sustainability Reporting Manager, you’ll be accountable for supporting the delivery, integrity, and control environment for climate and sustainability disclosures across external reporting.

This will include coordinating reporting processes, maintaining robust governance and controls, and supporting compliance with evolving sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements. Along with this, you’ll act as a key partner as you proactively contribute to decision-making on complex sustainability reporting matters, demonstrating sound judgement and a thorough understanding of climate-related risks, opportunities, and disclosure requirements.

Day to day, you’ll: Review and challenge climate and sustainability disclosures, reporting outputs, and supporting evidence to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with reporting requirements Act as a customer relationship manager and effectively maintain strong partnerships with Finance, Risk, Sustainability, Data, business units, and external assurance providers Support the delivery of accurate and timely climate and sustainability disclosures within annual reporting and other external reporting publications Complete value-added climate and sustainability reporting and analysis to meet our customers’ needs Work with the team to standardise processes and outputs and to undertake continuous improvement activity, driving continuous improvement initiatives across climate and sustainability reporting, governance, and assurance activities The skills you'll need To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial control or sustainability, preferably gained within financial services.

You’ll have worked in a global context and will have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a changing environment. We’ll also look to you to bring: A proven ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and customers across organisations and geographical boundaries, influencing and challenging as required An understanding of climate and sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including ISSB, TCFD, CSRD, Modern Slavery, human rights, and greenhouse gas emissions reporting Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management A demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement activity An astute eye for detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 25/09/2026 Ways of Working:Hybrid
