More than providing information or assistance, the Concierge becomes a trusted guide - anticipating needs, crafting meaningful moments, and transforming every guest interaction into a memorable experience.

As one of the first team members to welcome our guests, the Concierge sets the tone for the guests' entire stay through genuine warmth, attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations all while creating lasting impressions that inspire loyalty. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Job duties include, although are not limited to:  Greeting guests with friendliness and remaining attentive and engaged  Providing personalized recommendations and information regarding the Hotel and nearby offerings  Creating childhood memories by assisting our future generation of travelers navigate the Montage Merits Program  Expertly navigate both Montage and Palmetto Bluff activities to build and maintain a seamless itinerary  Anticipating needs by remaining attentive to the guests throughout their stay via in person interactions, SMS, phone calls, and emails.

Providing and booking numerous transportation options to guests needed assistance  Demonstrating strong computer proficiency, accurate typing skills, and effective multi-tasking to manage multiple systems & guest communications. Familiarizing oneself with day's activities, arrivals, and special events. Maintaining communication with other departments regarding guest activity or special needs as necessary Taking ownership of guest recovery by employing empathy, creativity, and critical thinking to develop personalized solutions and restore confidence in the guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS  College Degree preferred  Minimum of two years' experience in an upscale hotel preferred  Minimum of two years' experience in customer service  Excellent telephone etiquette  Exceptional guest recovery skills  Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills  Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and adaptability to newer systems PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to stand for an extended period of time, approximately six hours.

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
