Credit/Collections Analyst

Your Role and Impact Flowserve is looking for a Credit & Cash Collection Analyst to join a growing Shared Service center for a $4Bn Global US based company. The Shared Service Center is based in Hungary and serves the North American and EMEA regions. You can work with the latest SAP/S4 HANA and other ERP systems. Key Responsibilities •    Build and maintain relationship with internal and external business partners  •    Manage a collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices  •    Interact with customers primarily by email and telephone  •    Maintain transparent, accurate and standard collections notes  •    Identify and open dispute case and escalate if needed •    Timely escalation of collection issues in accordance with department guidelines •    Frequently review sales orders on hold •    Maintain documentation as per internal controls & SOX /audit requirements •    Support the organization with timely month-end closing Required Qualifications •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English •    Ability to build effective relationships with customers via phone •    Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively across locations •    Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail •    0–1-year relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome Preferred Qualifications •    Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred but not essential •    Experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus •    Prior experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Customer Service, or a related function •    Basic knowledge of finance, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment terms, and payment plans What We Can Offer You At Flowserve, you'll find a range of options to fit your, and your family's, needs.
