Check meal trays for menu accuracy, diet orders, preferences, and nutritional requirements. Prepare food according to established recipes and proper consistency requirements for mechanical soft and pureed diets. Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas following meal service. Ensure dishes, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, stored, and organized. Follow all dietary safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
